Backyard Family Time.

About Me

I am a thirty-something runner ( a passion I found later in life) with many miles and races under my belt. I would also label myself a conservationist, environmentalist, writer, advocate, photographer, astronomer, gardener, philanthropist and most importantly, mother and wife. I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Georgia and relocated to Virginia in 2002. I enjoy a quiet, though active, life with my dear husband and wonderful son. I enjoy the beauty I find in everyday living. Most of my inspriration and motivation come from the people I meet and places I visit.
